Description:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Understanding of Change Management (Prosci advantageous)
  • Successful delivery of change and training programs for corporate digital system

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant experience or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Understanding of Change Management (Prosci advantageous) or related disciplines.
  • Successful delivery of change and training programs for corporate digital system implementations (e.g., ERP solutions).
  • Extensive experience in workshop facilitation to increase digital skills or literacy.
  • Development and delivery of digital training materials.
  • Proven experience working in cross-organizational project environments in large organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to articulate complex situations clearly.
  • Attention to detail, strong evaluation and critical thinking skills, and ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to quickly understand new digital programs and business processes.
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in training software programs (e.g., Active Presenter, Camtasia, Articulate 360) and Learning Management Systems.
  • Current C Class Driver’s License and National Police Certificate.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support change planning, delivery, and assessment for ERP program implementations.
  • Assist the Change Lead in identifying, managing, and engaging stakeholders, contributing to impact analysis.
  • Consult and facilitate open communication with project teams and key stakeholders to analyze change and training requirements.
  • Develop effective relationships with project teams, system owners, and business champions to ensure integration and alignment.
  • Support stakeholder relationships, facilitate effective communication, and address concerns appropriately.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Anticipate and address issues that may impact organizational objectives and user experience.
  • Respond proactively to changing circumstances and adjust plans and schedules accordingly.
  • Participate in team initiatives to resolve common issues and improve effectiveness.
