What you do here
Contribute to Lindt Global Travel Retail growth as part of the global Marketing team. The role is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns to achieve set brand and sales targets. The Channel Activation Manager is working closely with all internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative concepts to drive growth.
Activation Concept Development
Responsible for the development of effective marketing campaigns for novelties as well as core assortments based on the approved marketing plans of the Brand teams
Responsible for the development of creative concepts that meet set targets with regards to scalability, innovation factor, budget and global relevance
Develop customer-exclusive activation concepts to drive in-store visibility and conversion and support exclusive launches
Responsible for analyzing consumer and industry trends and actively incorporating it into conceptual development
Activation Concept Execution & Tracking
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define clear budgets, targets and timelines for each activation
Management of the end-to-end execution of activation campaigns across all brands
Oversee and manage the creation of all campaign assets in close collaboration with Brand Managers
Responsible for internal coordination among Brand & Trade Marketing to ensure execution on-time and within budget
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing campaign performance in close collaboration with Sales
Responsible for selection and onboarding of local partners in close collaboration with regional teams (agencies and suppliers)
Responsible for development of clear recommendations for continuous improvement
Regional Support
Support regional teams in conceptual development of local adaptation
Develop regionally relevant activation concepts where appropriate
Marketing Support
Manage internal sales requests related to brand activations
Provide support in various other projects (example: meetings, presentations)
Management of relevant ad-hoc requests from internal and external counterparts
When you fit in with us
Education: BA degree in Marketing or equivalent required
Background: proven track record in trade marketing and/or market activation ideally in a fast-paced FMCG environment; preferably experience in Travel Retail
Personality: Very organized & structured way of working - you know how to handle several tasks simultaneously; solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills; strong self-drive
Collaboration: Team player who thrives in cross-functional teams; works well with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers etc); can establish priorities and meet deadlines
Commercial Mind: Ability to balance commerciality with creativity to achieve set performance targets
Independent: Flexible and dynamic, independent working style – comfortably navigating in a fast-paced environment
Language skills: Fluency in English is mandatory, German is preferred
Other requirements: Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PPT, Word, Excel), Photoshop etc is beneficial
