- The analyst will work on omni-channel analytics, focusing on Customers’ Online and Mobile banking features usage to improve engagement
- Build and maintain Power BI Dashboards from scratch
- Extract, manipulate, and validate data using database tools
- Analyze data trends and patterns to drive business decisions
- Present information in an understandable manner to stakeholders
- Develop an in-depth understanding of bank’s data and systems
- Navigate complex data independently
