POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced sales coordinator role in our ME office in Dubai to work together with our sales, sales ops and internal departments and help in the communication with our customers.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge on Salesforce will be a plus.
• Arabic language speaker will be a plus.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated team player
• A commitment to providing good customer service
• The ability to quickly and accurately enter information, produce documentation, and supply information
• Strong written and oral communication abilities
• Good numeric skills and capable of multi-tasking

• Sales data management on Salesforce.
• Ensure lead management and events management in coordination with the global marketing team.
• Ensure correct processing of the sales orders from the region and follow up
• Generate quotes when required to assist sales team.
• Assist with local customer communication.
