Meaningful Work From Day One

Partner with activation agencies & sales teams to create outstanding execution of our brands.

  • You’ll be managing end to end BTL activity; from briefing, POS & promotional creation & budget management through to brilliant execution in store
  • Management of a rolling 12 month activation plan for our key brands and customers to drive growth across the portfolio

  • Work cross functionally and collaborate internally to strengthen ideas, processes and plans
  • Partner to build successful customer relationships and partnerships
  • Ensure a commercially focused approach to resource allocation and investment of activation plans
  • Be solutions focussed , creative thinker, and adapt quickly

What You Bring To The Table

Proven experience in a similar role in FMCG, marketing, or the liquor industry for 5+ years

  • Previous experience working with national customers or retailers
  • Shopper understanding - understand shopper behaviour, category trends & insights that turn shoppers into buyers of our brands
  • Customer understanding - understand customer needs and be able to translate these into mechanics and programs that have a 3 way win - for Brown Forman, our customers and consumers
  • Agency management - be able to brief, inspire and engage agencies to produce best in class activations
  • Project & budget management - able to manage multiple projects to clear timelines delivered on time in full within budget
  • Commercially astute - set activation critical metrics for all shopper marketing activation to determine the return on investment
  • Communication - strong cross functional skills and the ability to engage & influence
