Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential partners to expand our market presence.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in line with STERIS’s strategic goals and policies.
  • Provide partners with the necessary product training, support, and resources to effectively market and sell our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to co-develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to our partners’ needs.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements in our partnerships.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote STERIS products and technologies.
  • Coordinate with the sales and product development teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback from partners to STERIS management to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with partners in a timely and effective manner.
  • Achieve and seek to exceed assigned sales and partnership targets – whilst operating within approved financial and legal compliance requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of partnership and internal performance metrics, including marketing and forecast requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing partnership strategies and processes.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for STERIS, upholding and promoting our values and reputation in all interactions.
