Description:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential partners to expand our market presence.
- Identify new partnership opportunities through market research and networking.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in line with STERIS’s strategic goals and policies.
- Provide partners with the necessary product training, support, and resources to effectively market and sell our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to co-develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to our partners’ needs.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements in our partnerships.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote STERIS products and technologies.
- Coordinate with the sales and product development teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular feedback from partners to STERIS management to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with partners in a timely and effective manner.
- Achieve and seek to exceed assigned sales and partnership targets – whilst operating within approved financial and legal compliance requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of partnership and internal performance metrics, including marketing and forecast requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and optimizing partnership strategies and processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador for STERIS, upholding and promoting our values and reputation in all interactions.
