  • Uses standard business application software such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

Channel Projects, Order Specialist is accountable for the execution of post order conversion request from the distribution/channel partner who serves as the Project Manager of the order. Order Specialist, develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within Schneider Electric to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
Order Specialist facilitates order maintenance and corrective action to address customers project needs. Order maintenance activities include but are not limited to: change orders; warranty claims; expedite request; shipping re consignments; coordination of services and system studies; freight claims; post-delivery quality issues; and claims resolution.
This customer facing role requires demonstrated account management and relationship development experience. Order Specialist, while assigned a primary area of responsibility is part of a regional team that is collectively responsible for the timely resolution of customer request. This position will require you to have the ability to work either Eastern or Central time zones.
