Description:

The Channel Sales Analyst position will play a key role in supporting Business Development with a focus on dealer, contractor partners, and product development. This role will assist in creating and managing organizational processes, managing dealer generated opportunities, maintaining an updated pipeline, rolling out new products to our channel partners, and communicating cross-functionally between internal Highland teams. The Channel Sales Analyst should have strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable building and maintaining relationships, have a strong work ethic, have experience working in excel, and be able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree1-3+ years’ experience in sales, operations, account management, customer success, and/or business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and recommend necessary adjustments
  • Demonstrated ability to perform research, organize tasks and execute actions involving multiple team members in a gated and deadline driven environment
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace, CRM and ability to learn new applications
  • Customer service, multi-channel sales, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills are a plus
  • Interest or prior knowledge of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) and / or clean transportation is a plus
  • Motivational self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support channel sales cycle, including creating market strategy plan with channel sales partners, qualifying opportunities, coordinating proposals, conducting regular check-ins with channel partners, and facilitating handoff of opportunities to internal sales team
  • Collaborate across Business Development team to track and manage dealer opportunity pipeline
  • Ability to address changing needs and troubleshoot issues with a level of responsiveness·
  • Serve as the internal liaison for all dealer communications, acting as a single point of contact to streamline queries and requests to/from dealer partners.
  • Track and manage internal requests to sales, origination, capital markets, and legal as it relates to dealer channel activities
  • Monitoring state incentive programs and mandates to develop regional sales strategies with Dealers
  • Support QA on product development & dealer proposals
  • Coordinating site visits with contractors and utility engineers for charger installations at Dealerships·
  • Some travel may be required (up to 10%)
