Description:
As a Chapter lead Agile you will lead a mixed team of 8-12 Project Managers and Scrum Masters within the Digital Engineering Tribe.
MUST HAVE TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in project management and/or Scrum
- Agile delivery knowledge
- Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, eazyBI) experience – admin knowledge is a plus.
- Agile certifications, eg Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); SAFe certifications are a plus – SAFe Advanced SM, SAFe Aglist or SAFe LPM
- Any project management certification, Project Management professional (PMI-PMP) is a plus
- Kanban and/or ScrumBan experience is a plus.
- B2 English skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lean-Agile Change Agent, providing the knowledge and horsepower needed to implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe Scrum);
- Conduct Coach sync sessions on cross-team initiatives. Help deliver common journeys at the company level;
- Help the scrum and the project teams deliver qualitative products on time, and within approved cost;
- Work with Program managers and support them in their vendor management activities, as well as reporting responsibilities;
- Implement and manage an automated OKR dashboard (MTTR, Incidents, lead time, cycle time, % code committed/reused, productivity index);
- Support product owners in maintaining a healthy backlog;
- Support the execution of operating models, delivering cost savings in the current fiscal year, and preparing for delivering the planned cost savings for the following fiscal years;
- Act as Agile coach - Coach the Scrum Masters and the Scrum Teams in the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies. Help roll out tech career path;
- Drive a culture of Purpose through awareness, visibility, and celebration across the Digital & IT community;
- Conduct interviews for prospective team members.
