Description:
TECH SKILLS:
We are driving a strategy of creating a best-in-class AWS based cloud based data platform. We use a broad range of innovative tools and services to enable the data processing and access requirements of the CBA group with a key goal of enabling the utilisation of GenAI and other advanced data techniques across the business.
- People management experience with previous experience in playing leadership roles within data engineering chapter and a background of engineering experience
- Expertise in leading and driving team of platform engineers utilising AWS services (EMR, Redshift, Glue among others) highly desirable
- Proven experience working in financial services or similarly regulated industry with a strong risk mindset
- Experience implementing large scale self-service enterprise data platforms highly desirable
