ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Defining and building secure solutions on cloud (preferably AWS)
• Solid experience in building solutions in .NET, web technologies (Angular/React), Mobile App development and microservices using REST APIs
• Integration with Event streaming technologies and data engineering methodologies
• Knowledge of Workflow systems like Pega is a good to have
• Experience in CI/CD, DevOps automation engineering and processes enabling test automation, CI/CD and code quality
• Experience with Splunk and AppDynamics
• Experience or a demonstrable interest in automation
• Experience in designing and operating highly available systems in AWS and Azure environments for robustness and automation
• Drive bank’s ambition of decoupled BIAN Service Domains tech stack built on reusable microservice APIs based architecture

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary qualifications in an IT/computer-related discipline
• Service Virtualization in a complex environment using NodeJs
• Experience in API Test Automation

• Have prior experience in leading and inspiring high performing software engineering teams or may have previously worked in the capacity of a Senior Software Engineer and are looking towards taking on direct people management opportunities and have owned wide-reaching initiatives that improve our systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a bias towards action.
• Effectively communicate engineering practice standards and consistent ways of working across squads and CBA that align to global best practice.
• Promotes open communication and creates a safe working environment where our engineers’ voices are heard in order to achieve great outcomes for our organisation, our customers and the community.
• Drives operational excellence and supports teams in charge of mission-critical production services with diverse stakeholders and complex dependencies.
• Encourages risk-taking and constructive challenge while growing diverse and inclusive teams.
