CHAPTER LEAD FOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS, FINANCING BUSINESS

Are you a visionary Business Analyst and Leader, who would thrive on a journey to disrupt current financing processes for customers in the Nordics?

EXPERIENCED BUSINESS ANALYST AND LEADER BY HEART.

As a BA Chapter Lead, you will be in a combined role. You will be allocated 70 % to a squad where you will use your skills and solve business problems and use the remaining time on chapter activities.
As an experienced BA, you will help and guide the squad you are allocated to, on their deliveries. This can for example be understanding users need, groom requirements, test and release new features.
As a leader you will also form and lead a team of 6-8 highly skilled BA chapter members, by being a motivating and inspiring leader. You will in this chapter create a fantastic work environment characterized by a culture that promotes both empowerment and teamwork.

YOUR SKILLS

• Have an interest in building an open and engaged community of Business Analysts
• Set the direction and inspire and motivate your chapter by being a role-model.
• Have great interpersonal skills, a true team mind-set, great collaboration and communication skills!
• Are excited to explore and understand business needs, curious about the process, and passionate about creating value for our customers.
• Proven ability to manage many and complex stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Understanding of IT processes and architecture, as well as knowledge and experience in working with agile development methodologies.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience and preferable experience in leading other like-minded professionals.
