Charge Nurse - Outpatient Services

ABOUT FAKEEH UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL JOB PROFILE:

Responsible for the smooth and efficient patient flow within the clinic. Delegate assignments and provides supervision for the support staff in accordance with their level of training and the patient’s acuity. Works, in cooperation with medical providers to ensure the quality of patient care.
Provide assistance and care for patients, supervise nursing staff, offer guidance and support, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

At least a minimum of 5 continuous years of experience
Previous overseas experience is advantage but not essential.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Current RN license from a recognized accredited professional body.
Maintains licensure as required.
Prior experience in a healthcare facility required
Attendance or certification in nursing management from a recognized professional organization
Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS Certificatio
