WHAT YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME ON:

We’re looking for an excellent and experienced Product Manager to join the Merchant Services Product team and take part in building the Payoneer Checkout product.
Payoneer Checkout offers a payment processing for e-commerce small-and-medium sized businesses, enabling SMBs to accept payments in their online shop, from customers all around the world.
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products & features that deliver Payoneer Checkout vision and strategy. You will use data, customer feedback & stakeholder interviews to define and drive the product.
You will be part of our Chargebacks team, and responsible for the end-2-end product management of the domain of payment disputes.
You will own chargebacks and disputes prevention and management flows of our client-merchants, looking for opportunities in reducing the chargeback rate, improving customers’ satisfaction, boosting the revenue and reducing associated cost, planning the roadmap and executing it with the team (including developers and UX designer).

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product area of chargebacks and disputes management and prevention, optimizing both parts, supporting the automated flows for newly integrated payment methods. Define and own the mission and drive related requirements to an amazing customer and stakeholder experience
  • Define product KPIs and drive the team to meet them. Identify areas for improvements in the product. Monitor product and business performance, and taking action as needed to drive business success
  • Understand customers’ problems, identify opportunities to create value, run research and experiments to find the best ideas for implementation.
  • Use customer feedback, analytics, market research, usability studies, industry knowledge and competitive analysis to drive decision-making with data.
  • Manage customers’ needs and stakeholders expectations regarding our products and features, following our product life cycle.
  • Own the product roadmap and manage the product requirements with your team and your partners across other teams you need to contribute
  • Document requirements in Confluence and other tools we use, ownership of the derived functional requirements
  • Develop concepts and specifications for internal developers in collaboration with tech lead and UX designer
  • Create and manage Jira tickets related to product roadmap and tasks for our developers, delivery engineers, vendors etc.
  • Identify dependencies and risks for our deliverables and transparent communication in this regard
  • Ensure that the features and products we develop are re-usable, extendable and part of a unified big picture
  • Manage external vendors you need for your product, represent your requirements, monitor the solution fit, the quality of service and actively choose the best of breed; Think how to optimize cost and regularly find the right balance between in-house development and involving 3d parties.
  • Collaborate with a distributed cross-functional team to develop, market, and launch products & features globally and end-2-end, from discovery to providing input for creating documentation content and marketing materials.
  • Assisting with issues troubleshooting and resolution in case previous lines of support cannot help
