MONDAY 8.00AM – 5.00PM. TUESDAY 1.00PM – 9.00PM, WEDNESDAY 10.00AM – 7.00PM, THURSDAY 12.30PM – 9.00PM, SUNDAY 6.00AM – 3.00PM.

• Providing excellent customer service to our customers
• Supervising a large team
• Closing off the checkout department in the evening
• Ensuring checkout operators are following the right process at the checkout.
• Monitoring the security of the checkout area
• Keeping on top of customer flow and ensuring appropriate numbers of checkouts are always open.
• Handling customer enquiries and complaints appropriately
• Ensuring the Checkout area is always kept clean and tidy.
• Following the Sales of Liquor Policy and guidelines in the store
• Following the Health and Safety, Food Safety policies and compliance procedures in the store
• Coach and support new team members.
