Your part in Buderim Private Hospital
With a strong focus on quality, the Food Service Chefs aim to achieve exceptional food production and presentation to the patients, families and employees of the facility. The role is responsible for menu planning, food preparation, hygiene and storage with a focus on delivering well-presented and nourishing food.

What makes a difference for us?

  • Preparing, cooking and serving food in adherence with dietary requirements with a strong focus on food safety standards
  • Supporting senior hospitality staff members with menu design and implementation
  • Promoting quality standards and maintain service with standard operating procedures.
  • Certificate III in commercial Cookery or equivalent skills from previous experience
  • Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of Australian food and beverage standards
  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
