As a Chef de Partie,in our newest restaurant in the renowned Arnotts department store. You’ll be an essential member of our kitchen team, working in your designated section to prepare and present mouthwatering meals. We’re looking for someone who can bring their culinary skills and creativity to the table while maintaining a fun and friendly kitchen atmosphere. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Culinary Passion: A genuine love for cooking and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences.
- Kitchen Experience: Previous experience as a line cook or similar position is preferred, but a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are most important.
- Attention to Detail: Paying attention to the little things can make a big difference in the quality of your dishes.
- Team Player: Working together and supporting your colleagues is vital in our kitchen culture.
- Adaptability: Being flexible and able to handle different tasks and challenges is key in a bustling kitchen.
- Food Safety Awareness: In-Depth knowledge of food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- HACCP trained to level 2 minimum
- Minimum 1 year experience cooking in a busy kitchen
- Fluent English

- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality food products, meeting HACCP guidelines and store safety and security.
- Comply with a strict dress and personal hygiene code that meets HACCP guidelines
