We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie - Pastry at L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
The 4 AA Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa is situated in the scenic location of St. Brelade’s Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Jersey. With 106 bedrooms and The Grill restaurant offering panoramic ocean views, L’Horizon is the ideal setting for a romantic getaway or even an idyllic coastal wedding.One of the highlights of this boutique beachside hotel in Jersey is the spa, including six treatment rooms, a relaxation area, a pedicure and manicure area and a sleep room.

Responsibilities:

Whether it’s baking bread, making ice cream or spinning sugar, you will know your way around a pastry kitchen like the back of your hand and have a mind full of delicious creations ready to wow our guests.
You’ll enjoy being part of a team and love the fact that no day is the same. The candidate we’re looking for will be able to prove, pipe and plate their way to culinary excellence, and have guests sending their ‘compliments to the Chef’ and coming back for more. Sound tempting ?
