We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role delivering authentic culinary delights to our guests in our signature restaurant, Bistro On3, and sophisticated bar, Room 81. This is a full-time position with evening shifts, offering the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Execute the preparation and presentation of high-quality a la carte dishes in accordance with standards and specifications.
  • Lead and direct the kitchen team during service, ensuring efficient operations and smooth workflow.
  • Contribute to menu development and innovation, bringing creativity and culinary flair to our offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sous Chefs to uphold the reputation of our restaurant as a premier dining destination.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A la carte experience is essential, demonstrating proficiency in preparing and presenting diverse cuisines to the highest standards.
  • Formal culinary qualifications or equivalent experience in culinary arts.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and direct kitchen staff effectively during service.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and practices is advantageous.
  • Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel advantageous
