Description:

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who would like to become part of our team of chefs. This is a seasonal position from April to October 2024. The candidate MUST be permitted to work in Ireland. We are located in the small fishing village of Portmagee where seafood plays a large part on the menu.
Potential opportunities in October to continue contract. Based on performance and needs of the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • We are looking for an energetic, motivated person who is willing to learn
  • Must have 2-3 years previous experience and must be keen to progress within our kitchen
  • Must have completed HACCP Training
  • Ability to prepare and produce food for the area which you are assigned and to the agreed standards in conjunction with the other chefs.
  • Keen to minimise wastage.
  • Ensure all necessary mis-en-place are ready prior to service.
  • Follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations.Resilient and ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
