Description:
CONTRACT: PERMANENTSALARY: £ 30,500 PER ANNUM
An independent boarding and day school for girls aged 11 to 18 in Reading, Berkshire. Catering for 550 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of breakfast, AM Break, lunch, afternoon break and supper. We do a wide ranage hospitality at this location, fine dining, large scale balls, confereneces, buffets and much more. This is a working 52 weeks contract . This is a 7-day operation so working pattern will be 5 days out of 7. Additional benefit to this location is free parking on site and use of gym at location.
We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Reading.
You will need to have previous experience of working within a fast-paced kitchen at CDP level.
You will work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You have the opportunity to showcase your skillset and be creative.

- Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred

- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
