THE ROLE:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a Permanent Chef Manager at our aged care residence in Mosman!
Organising day-to-day operations; this is the ideal role for someone who wants to provide a fantastic meal experience to our residents and values a well-run kitchen.
Roster: MON- FRI 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM
WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES:
Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs
Stock ordering, rotation, stocktaking and Customer Service
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices, Kitchen Work
Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
Assisting the broader team as required
