    We are looking for a talented Chef Manager to lead our culinary team at this premium college in Clayfield

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for residential-catering, functions and retail services
  • Maintain effective customer and client relationships
  • Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training staff
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required
  • Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
