Responsibilities:
- This is a lone working role
- Prepare, produce and present meals for up to 40 diners
- Conduct monthly stocktakes
- Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
- Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well with the front of house team
