  Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity with a leading global Pharma and Biopharma company who is seeking a Chemical Engineer – Cleaning Support Specialist to bring value to their API facility in Co. Tipperary.
  Primary responsibilities will be to have ownership of manufacturing process equipment and supply product processes. Will lead process and equipment optimization in order to sustain and improve product quality, yields and throughput.
  Recommends and implements measures to improve production systems, equipment performance, yields and quality of product. Will interface with Process Development and Commercialization Group to integrate new products into the facility either as new process development entities or as product transfer from another manufacturing facility. Supports migration of process knowledge for product technical transfers from facility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree qualification in a science or engineering-related discipline.
• Knowledge of GMP standards.
• Strong technical writing skills.

• Responsible for issuing and management of cleaning changes and documentation.
• Responsible for reviewing and incorporating relevant updates as communicated via the Technical Team Lead.
• Responsible for management and tracking of Cleaning validation parameters and commitments.
• Support for Cleaning Investigations
• Compilation of CPV reports, CAR, and APRs
• Ownership and management of changes.
• Generation and tracking of cleaning campaign documentation.
• Stewardship of validated campaign data.
• Liaising with product teams to align turnaround targets.
• Investigation support for Cleaning QNs.
• Assessments of OOTs.
• Support project assignments as required.
• Completion of validation reports.
