An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Oncology and Palliative Directorate for a band 6 Charge Nurse (Oncology Day Unit) based in 6 West here at Charing Cross Hospital. Do you fancy a change and an excellent leadership opportunity ?

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual with excellent communication & leadership skills and evidence of continuing professional development. You will be an experienced and driven registered nurse with previous management experience to develop high quality services to our patients. The successful applicant will require a proven track record of change management, a passion for developing a culture of continuous improvement with particular emphasis on patient experience, CQC compliance and key clinical outcomes.
