Description:

The HR Lead will specifically be responsible for the hiring process including, but not limited to, interviews, orientation, paperwork and training. This person must consistently demonstrate our core values, embrace the Chick-fil-A culture and have a servant’s heart. They will have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • HR experience or training (preferred).

  • Strong commitment to superior customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen job applicants online.
  • Conduct initial interviews online and/or in person.
  • Schedule secondary interviews with appropriate team member.
  • Manage onboarding paperwork process for new hires.
  • Schedule and conduct new hire orientation.
  • Coordinate training schedule with appropriate staff.
  • Update various employee records as needed.
  • Work FOH as needed during meal rush times.
