Do you want to commercially drive the Enjins Berlin hub? Do you want to help us to become the #1 AI engineering service company for growing tech industries like climate tech, mobility, and marketplaces? Leverage and expand your network of tech companies and venture capital players in and around Berlin? And grow our Berlin based team with your entrepreneurial spirit, while working together closely with our HQ in the Netherlands?
Become the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of our Berlin hub that we opened in 2023 at the Merantix AI Campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:‍ ️

  • You have 6+ years experience in roles that encompass a mixture of strategy consulting, business development and sales
  • You have strong and proven leadership and business development skills
  • You bring in a strong network in the Berlin start-up and scale-up world
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and take on responsibility
  • You are not afraid to talk about topics like machine learning, cloud infrastructure and data engineering
  • You are able to conceptually scope data & AI projects and know when and how to collab with engineers
  • You are fluent in German and English and are eligible to work in Berlin.
  • You want to join us in our journey to realize AI in industries that matter: climate tech, mobility and marketplaces

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ‍ ️

  • You already have an established network in our growth markets: climate tech, mobility and marketplaces.
  • You have project management experience in data & AI related projects

Responsibilities:

WHAT? [YOU’LL BE DOING]

As our CCO, you will be the (commercial) driving force of our Berlin hub. Your responsibilities include acquiring new customers, expanding your network among C-level executives in Berlin’s startup and scale-up ecosystem, and managing the growth of a larger and stronger Enjins hub in Berlin.
This means you will be impacting and creating AI strategies for well-known Berlin scale-ups. You do so using our ML Audit (https://enjins.com/services-companies/) approach that we used at >75 scale-ups in the first 5 years of Enjins. You will be part of the new management team of the Berlin hub and work closely together with Enjins’ CEO and the Dutch office. We currently have our office on the Merantix AI campus just north of Berlin Mitte.
In this role, there is plenty of room for your ideas. Our footprint is growing fast and we’ll support your growth ambitions as much as possible. We’re flexible, and as long as you’re proactive and take responsibility for your own work, we’ll be a great match!

  • Bring in and grow your network in the scale-up & tech scene of Berlin
  • Convert and scope large and complex data & AI engineering projects
  • Connect with venture capital players for our AI & tech due diligence
  • Shape new offerings in our growth markets: climate tech, marketplaces, mobility
  • Be part of the management team of the Berlin hub
  • Work closely together with Enjins’ CEO
  • Grow the Berlin hub and our team of talented AI engineers
  • Grow towards a future position in the Enjins Holding leadership
  • Establish commercial partnerships with cloud, product, and service parties
