About the role
As the Chief Commercial Officer at Cropster, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping our commercial strategy as a key member of the Management Team. You will lead a dynamic team of over 30 professionals across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Commercial Programs and Analytics.

What you’ll do

  • Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue generation, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the Sales team, setting targets, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Marketing Strategy: Guide the Marketing team to create and implement marketing plans that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Customer Success: Lead the Customer Success team to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities through proactive support and engagement.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to expand market reach and drive incremental revenue streams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and market insights to make informed decisions, optimize sales and marketing strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Team Management: Foster a high-performance culture, providing leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for your team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, particularly Product and Finance, to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage and optimize commercial budgets to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the SaaS industry.
  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset.
