Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead and drive all aspects of sales and marketing processes, ensuring sales team effectiveness, and fostering business growth beyond Goodpack’s core markets. The CCO will play a pivotal role in executing the company’s growth plan, focusing on expanding into new verticals while enhancing the share and profitability of our core business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and expanding into new markets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Experience in a global business environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to penetrate new verticals and diversify the business portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across sales, marketing, and business development efforts.
  • Work closely with Business Directors and Regional Presidents to build and lead a high-performing sales organization.
  • Define and implement sales structures that support the company’s growth objectives, with a focus on the redeployment of the sales force to meet evolving business needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and skill development within the sales team.
  • Business Growth:
  • Set and achieve top-line revenue growth targets, considering the long-term value creation for the company.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with the sales organization to ensure a customer-centric approach and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Negotiate and manage relationships with key partners to maximize mutual benefits.
