ABOUT THE CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER ROLE:

In this business critical position, you will lead the compliance framework and activities for the bank.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure policies and systems are in place for compliance of the business to safeguard the bank from regulatory risks
• Advise and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders regarding potential risks and presenting a compliance plan
• Provide training to different bank units on relevant laws and regulations
• Represent the bank to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), AMLC, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other regulatory bodies
