Description:

Our Chief Creative Manager (CCM) delivers the essence of the Chula Vista Resort brands; from concepts and design, to analysis and refinement – this role not only builds and strengthens CVR brands, but continues to maintain guest experience-driven results to reinforce brand efficiencies and consistencies. Working closely with vendors, partners and firms, and Executive Leadership, our CCM ensures that CVR is displayed with all creative elements that differentiate ourselves as Wisconsin’s Premier Resort Destination, in the highly competitive ‘Waterpark Capital of the World’ market.

EDUCATION:

Required: High School Diploma
Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Related Field

EXPERIENCE:

Required: 3 years in Previous Related Position
Preferred: 3-5 years in Marketing Management Role or Marketing Firm

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management for Print and Digital, and Display - including Web/Mobile
  • Concepts – assist with concepts with Executive Leadership
  • Design - produce and manage creative process and final deliverable independently and/or with team/firm when applicable or appropriate
  • Maintenance – perform audits on current assets and suggest/initiate process for consistent refreshed concepts/designs within physical property and digital landscapes
  • Analysis – work with Executive Leadership and partners regarding performance of concepts/designs for high level efficiencies and recommendations
  • Production of Photography, Video, Radio + Social Media assets
  • Schedules - Assist with production schedules and overall aesthetic for photography, video and radio collateral
  • Assets - Ensure fresh assets are available to vendors/partners regularly via secure delivery
  • Social Media Channels - Manage, assist in produce, and Review content with social media teams
  • Public Relations - Assist with PR initiatives, ensuring CVR brand aesthetic is consistently represented
  • Property-Wide Advertising Management focused on Guest Information & Experiences
  • Campaigns – coordinate in-house marketing with venues/outlet & Executive Leadership s on property regarding special promotions, events, coupons, value-ads, and up-to-date information
  • Maintenance – ensure ads/displays feature fresh creative responsive to our current guest(s) profile; schedule exchanges of content throughout property as needed
