Job Description:

KEY SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE:

• Proven track record of in data architecture, including substantial experience in a leadership role within complex, data-intensive environments.
• Deep understanding of data architecture principles, data modelling, data integration, data governance, and data management technologies.
• Extensive expertise in leading data transformation initiatives, driving cultural change, and promoting a data-driven mindset across the organization.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business objectives into data architecture solutions that drive measurable value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Experience within the healthcare or insurance industry is a significant plus.
• You can understand technical governance and participate in or deliver the assurance of a service.
• Exposure and experience with cloud data technologies
• Data innovation. You can identify areas of innovation in data tools and techniques and recognise appropriate timing for adoption.
