To strengthen our Core Technology Development organisation, we are looking for an experienced Chief Development Engineer, who will be located in Hyvinkää, Finland. In this role you will be a member of the Inverter development team which develops inverter hardware and software for material handling devices and data driven services.
As a Chief Development Engineer, you will participate inverter HW platforms planning and requirements management. You are familiar with energy saving technologies used in frequency converters. You will also develop motor control features for various crane applications and motor types. Creating value adding information from real time usage data will be part of your responsibility as well as .collaboration with different design teams to ensure that products meet the needs of the customer and any relevant regulation and compliance.
The position offers unique vantage point to frequency converter usage in future material handling applications and possibility to reform the whole sustainable lifecycle of the frequency converter - from the requirement specification until the production ramp-down.
