KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Accountable for the leadership of technical staff and engineers in Customer Cortex and Advanced Analytics services.
• Accountable for the quality of the technical design, engineering, resilience and performance of the technical solutions and capabilities underpinning Customer Cortex and Advanced Analytics & AI services.
• Accountable for ensuring use cases and consumption of services meets OLAs and can scale to meet user and business requirements.
• Accountable for ensuring engineering teams in DSCAA meet all Data Platforms, Technology and Data Engineering Chapter metrics and KPIs.
• Accountable for the compliance of technical solutions underpinning the Customer Cortex and Advanced Analytics & AI services to Westpac policy and standards.
• Accountable for ensuring the technical solutions and capabilities underpinning Customer Cortex and Advanced Analytics & AI services are robust and resilient.
