Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering or facilities management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
