Chief Engineer

Main Role: Head of Engineering & Analytics

• Engineering Responsibilities:

o Initial Setup Involvement: Actively participate in setting up the environment and equipment,
adhering to high engineering standards from the start.
o Maintenance and Optimization: Oversee all equipment, focusing particularly on water chiller
systems for efficient diagnosis, repair, and optimization.
o Vendor Communication: Manage relationships with vendors for timely procurement of equipment
and updates, negotiating favorable terms.
o Innovation: Lead the research and implementation of new technologies to enhance system

performance and efficiency.

• Analytics Responsibilities:

o Data Analytics: Develop and leverage analytics frameworks to drive business insights, optimize
processes, and measure performance metrics.
o Predictive Analytics: Predictive Analytics: Use predictive analytics to forecast trends and inform
strategic decisions, including predicting future sales trends based on seasonal patterns,
marketing efforts, and historical sales data.

Support Role: Operating & Project Manager (in collaboration with the COO)

• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the COO to develop and enforce operational standards for

smooth functioning across all locations, with a focus on the East Coast expansion.

• Staffing and Team Development:

o Support recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain high service and performance
levels.

o Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that attracts and retains top talent.

• Operational Manuals: Contribute to the development and continual update of operational manuals that

detail procedures and safety protocols, ensuring consistency and compliance across all locations.

• Task Coordination: Organize and prioritize tasks to align with strategic objectives and ensure their timely Completion
