JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to drive the success and growth of the company. Expanding their client base outside of the Middle East and by building companies brand worldwide. You will build and lead a talented team of professionals and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and maintain the agency’s position as a leader in the travel industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in executive leadership roles within the travel agency industry, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.
  • Extensive international experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on maximizing ROI and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive and detailed business plans to grow the business significantly and achieve the company goals.
  • Leadership and Team Management: A strong leader who Inspires, motivates, and mentors a high-performing team to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure the agency operates efficiently and meets financial targets.
  • Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with airlines, corporate Jet companies, other travel suppliers, vendors, industry associations, and other stakeholders to expand service offerings, negotiate favourable terms, and enhance the agency’s value proposition.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, licensing requirements, safety standards, and best practices to uphold the agency’s reputation for integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Innovation and Technology: Embrace innovation, technology, and digital transformation to streamline operations, enhance service delivery, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
