WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER FOR OUR CLIENT EASY TRAVEL OY

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to join our clients team and lead the company to new heights. As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the various departments of the organization to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the company’s growth and success while maintaining a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven CEO or senior executive experience demonstrating strategic leadership.
• Strong financial management skills, including budget planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
• Track record of driving results and meeting objectives in dynamic environments.
• Ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and make sound decisions for continuous improvement.
• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in business conduct.
  Location: Helsinki, Finland, with business trips to destinations like Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.
  Salary: Starting from €6000/month, the salary is influenced by the applicant’s experience and skills as well as a performance-based component.
