Job Description
Lead the transformation, development & delivery of exceptional, client-centric services to meet the evolving needs of vulnerable members of the NSW Jewish community
- Transformative leadership to create sustainable, innovative human services
- Deliver exceptional aged care, disability, family and mental health services
- Lead an outstanding team of 150 and 500+ volunteers across seven sites
Responsibilities:
The CEO is responsible for JewishCare’s day-to-day strategic, operational and organisational leadership. The CEO reports to the Board and leads a team of ~150 FTEs and over 500 volunteers across seven service locations, as well as in clients’ homes.
This leadership role is centred on a focus on building a foundation for long-term sustainability; consistently meeting compliance and quality standards, and achieving strong engagement with clients, staff and the Community, while delivering exceptional client care.
