Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head of Finance

With a focus on delivering exceptional value to our clients, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and management for both our brokerage firms and development arm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of The Luxury Real Estate, Scorpion Property Real Estate Brokerage, and AMIS Properties.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis:
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular financial reviews to assess performance against financial goals.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for all entities within the real estate group.
• Monitor budget variances and provide strategic recommendations.
• Taxation and VAT Compliance (specific to UAE):
• Stay abreast of UAE taxation laws and regulations, ensuring the real estate group’s compliance with all applicable tax and VAT requirements.
• Collaborate with tax consultants to optimize the tax structure and minimize liabilities.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and assess financial risks, implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, taxation, and VAT standards specific to the UAE.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational requirements.
• Optimize working capital and treasury functions.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Manage finance professionals across multiple entities.
• Financial Decision Support:
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making processes across the organization.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance financial performance.
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
• Play a key role in evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships.
• Oversee financial due diligence for any potential transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a senior financial leadership role within the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of real estate finance, brokerage, property development, and UAE taxation/VAT regulations.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
