LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in the Greater Toronto Area of Canada, working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive within a consulting, technology, or digital transformation company.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in driving financial performance in high-growth environments. Ability to partner with the growth, delivery and enablement teams to drive performance.
- Expertise in digital transformation and the application of technology in finance.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a record of successful integrations.
- Previous experience and knowledge of NetSuite.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- An entrepreneurial thinker and a solution-focused problem solver.
- Ideally situated in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and able to travel as required.
