Chief Financial Officer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance or its equivalent. Qualification as CA/CPA/ACCA with 10 years of working experience in relevant managerial position. Preferably in IT industry
• Has extensive knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control and cash management
• Excellent knowledge of Singapore’s financial regulations
• Experience of being part of Senior Management and interacting with the Board
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive results and innovation
• Proficient in English and Chinese to deal with the Headquarters’ Finance team in China

• Reporting to HAND SG’s CEO and lead, develop and manage the accounting and finance team, ensure efficient and effective operations in accounting, tax, finance and business controls functions
• Timely submission of the financial and statutory requirements
• Provide input, insight and advice to management for business planning and controls, performance improvements
• Organize financial resources, develop and procure financial support to meet the financing needs
• Analytical review of periodic financial results and monitoring of financial and operational activities to unravel risks and opportunities to be highlighted in management reporting and reviewsEstablishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
