THE IDEAL EXPERIENCE

• Currently, in a CFO position leading a mature finance team, this role will suit a seasoned professional who is CA/CPA qualified with aligned degree(s) and proven experience in a mid to large public (unlisted or listed) business. Ideally your experience will encompass exposure to USA business or customers, within a manufacturing or consulting business setting.
• You will possess extensive leadership experience, and the confidence and ability to collaborate, influence and innovate in a founder-led business. Experience in M&A transactions would be highly desirable, although not essential.
• This is primarily an onsite position with the potential to be part-time for a highly experienced candidate.

• Reporting to the CEO, the CFO is a key member of the PI Executive Team and is principally responsible for leading, motivating and driving the PI finance team to ensure the continued timely delivery of accurate and insightful information to support decision making. This role contributes to business performance through the provision of timely monthly financial reporting and analysis of the financial results and KPI’s of the business, robust governance, strong accounting controls and through supporting group strategy and planning.
• The CFO also manages and oversees the Risk Management function, Modern Slavery Reporting, ATO compliance, Board and ARMACC reporting, assessment and analysis of strategic investment opportunities and manages Investor Relations and Corporations Act compliance with the Company Secretary.
