Description:

JCS Solutions LLC (JCS) is a leading provider of technology, digital, and IT solutions for government and commercial clients. We are looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) who can help us achieve our vision of becoming the trusted partner of choice for our customers and stakeholders. As the CGO, you will be responsible for creating, driving, shaping new growth and sustaining existing customers. You will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with JCS’ long-term vision and strategic objectives. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define value propositions and messaging, identify and pursue new business opportunities, monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity, and implement performance metrics and best practices. You will be a member of JCS Leadership Team and report directly to the CEO. This position is located in Fairfax, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth, expansion, and retention across JCS’ markets to ensure strong company growth and profitability
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with JCS’ long-term vision and strategic objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define value propositions and messaging to communicate the vision of the organization and the value of our services and offerings
  • Provide input into internal organic growth initiatives as well as influencing and supporting the organization’s strategy.
  • Create, identify, and implement new and unique ways to partner with clients, industry partners and prospects driving top line growth.
  • Set and achieve ambitious business growth targets through new business and current accounts
  • Steer capture and growth, sales analytics, and financial planning to gain insight and actively use data to drive new business growth.
  • Institute capture and revenue generation processes that enable predictable, repeatable, and scalable market expansion going forward
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
  • Implement performance metrics to evaluate the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on growth performance.
  • Serve as a key member of the executive team and contributing to the overall direction and strategy of the organization.
  • Active involvement in increasing our brand visibility and positioning
  • Act with an inclusive mindset and model these behaviors for the organization as we continue to build our culture.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of well-rounded marketing, business plan development, opportunity analysis and evaluation, and revenue generating leadership experience, working in the technology, digital and IT marketplace.
  • Experience scaling a business including growth – both organically in inorganically
  • Excellent cross-functional leader who is entrepreneurial and excels at both high-level thinking and execution and is effective at managing change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business.
  • Proven experience in growth, marketing, and product development and fit, client account management and/or consulting
  • Passion for and solid track record of collaborative leadership, ability to break down organizational silos and bolster internal relationships to achieve results
  • Demonstrated leadership through ambiguity and change
  • Ability to work and think internationally, whilst maintaining our unique presence in our customer domains and markets
  • Experience from a fast-growing business, where change is constant and organizational culture is a strategic priority
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Innovative thinker with a focus on creative problem-solving and in-depth knowledge of market trends and industry dynamics.
  • Understanding of business structures and financing tools.
