Responsibilities:
In our continuous effort to elevate our tech platform and redefine the banking experience, we are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join our expanding team. This role is critical as we aim to enhance our organizational resilience and ensure our cybersecurity strategies align with our business objectives.
As a CISO at Froda, you will:
- Lead and develop our cybersecurity policies and controls, ensuring the security and integrity of our data and systems.
- Drive the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity measures to stay ahead of potential threats.
- Manage policy and compliance oversight, updating IT protocols in alignment with regulatory requirements and our OKR sprint schedules.
- Oversee third-party supplier assessments to ensure compliance with our security standards.
- Lead our business continuity management by conducting risk assessments and preparing recovery plans in collaboration with various business units.
- Collaborate with the Legal department to enhance our privacy management in adherence to GDPR and other regulations.
- Spearhead discussions and initiatives for obtaining ISO certifications and enhancing GDPR compliance efforts.
