Description:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION IS MANAGEMENT LEVEL AND REQUIRE SIGNIFICANT TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN PRESCHOOL INDUSTRY AND STRONG EXPERIENCE OR TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN RESPECTIVE PERFORMING ARTS FORM.
- Competent in conducting all type of Dance and Music & Movement classes in Childcare, Private group or 1-to-1 setting
- Competent in heading and maintaining a strong Dance / Theatre department with Muse Arts methodology
- Able to work under pressure dealing with deadlines of curriculum writing, effective problem solving and last minute changes, such as standing in for classes if necessary
- Writing of curriculum with age appropriate activities
- Work with Assistant Chief Instructors to create a holistic curriculum for MuseKids
- Training of instructors and providing assistance to instructors that are having difficulty conducting their classes by providing accurate and targeted solutions to the specific situation.
- Managing Childcare instructors’ schedule and ensuring that all classes are executed or replaced without interruption.
- To uphold the quality of classes, instructors and Muse Arts program by reviewing their childcare classes, conducting test for instructors and necessary 1 to 1 guidance if necessary
- To schedule for yearly production and Childcare Year End Concert schedule
- To respond to situations when they arise with minimal delay
- To assist Chief Curriculum Officer
- To be available for open house, publicity events and marketing events to promote and sell program.
- Able to represent and be the spokesperson for Muse Arts, with the goal of bringing Muse Arts to greater heights in-line with directors’ vision and direction
- To conduct Teachers’ workshop for corporate clients
- At least 8 years of experience in respective Perfoming Arts scene.
- Able to choreograph and direct productions
Intensive Training will be provided and candidates will have to go through tests and reviews before being confirmed as a Main Instructor
