Experience:

  • Seasoned CIPO: Extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, with a proven track record of financial leadership and management. Business Consulting experience is a strong plus.

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The CIPO shall be responsible for business integration and optimization of acquisitions which may at times include temporary running some of these businesses. The CIPO will also be responsible for business troubleshooting, financial analysis and optimization in our existing business. This role is critical for ensuring the seamless commercial integration of new acquisitions, addressing challenges across various markets and businesses, and elevating the professionalism of all our business operations.
The CIPO’s goals will be based on successful business integration of new companies into the Conscia family as well as improving our performance in parts of the business where we may have challenges.
As Group CIPO, you will report to our Group CEO and will work closely together with our Country Managers, Head of M&A and other key business stakeholders across the group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial Integration: Lead the commercial aspects of integrating new acquisitions into the company’s portfolio. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align new businesses with our corporate strategy and culture.
  • Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting commercial challenges in different markets. Analyse problems, propose solutions, and implement strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Professional Development: Work towards professionalizing our businesses by standardising processes, implementing best practices, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to our business interests.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for integration initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee and lead projects related to business integration, market troubleshooting and financial optimization, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
