Description:

Mondia is looking for a highly experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts. As we aim to unify Corporate Marketing, Digital/Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing under one cohesive strategy, we need a CMO who can manage and synergize these domains to drive our brand forward. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in dynamic marketing environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CMO, Director of Marketing, or similar leadership role, with demonstrated success across Corporate, Digital, and Product Marketing.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize a diverse team towards common goals.
  • Strong financial acumen, with proven experience in managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Deep understanding of brand development, market segmentation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including web analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, and user retargeting techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to glean insights from data and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying ideas and building relationships at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that incorporates Corporate, Digital, and Product Marketing to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to our company’s growth.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, productive, and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee the company’s brand identity, positioning, and communication strategies to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all channels and stakeholder interactions.
  • Analyze and interpret market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Craft Go-To-Market strategies and define product-market fit, ensuring our offerings meet market demands and customer needs.
  • Utilize full marketing funnel management to design and execute campaigns that increase awareness, acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, and online advertising, optimizing for performance and ROI.
  • Ensure the marketing department’s budget is effectively allocated and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Optimize digital product subscription flows and improve UX/UI to maximize conversion rates and enhance user satisfaction. This includes regularly auditing and iterating on customer touchpoints to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Report on marketing KPIs, providing insights and actionable recommendations to the top management.
