Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Chief of Staff for the CEO at Benefex, you will have the exciting challenge of working closely with our CEO and senior leadership team (board) to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations and facilitate effective communication across our organisation. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s OKRs are met. This is a high impact role where you can make a significant difference to the success and growth of Benefex.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will act as a key advisor to the CEO, providing strategic guidance and support on a variety of issues
  • Own the agenda, preparation and follow-up of weekly leadership team meetings with the aim of driving forward our strategic priorities
  • Collect data from across the company, deriving insights to drive strategic decision making.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams by making connections and links
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal group leadership teams and pull together PowerPoints for our CEO with external stakeholders.
  • Project manage and drive key projects for the CEO
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency across the company
  • Represent the CEO and company in meetings and external engagements as needed.

What are we looking for?

  • Have demonstrable experience in management consulting background and/or operational/delivery roles in a high growth technology or banking business
  • Experience working in companies that have achieved scale or been part of the growth journey to get reach scale
  • You have a strong proficiency in data analytics and presentation skills, able to synthesise and derive insights from data, then articulate this to a range of audiences.
  • A relentless focus on operational efficiency and output, with the ability to track outcomes and hold others accountable.
  • A track record of managing key projects for the CEO or senior leadership team, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Adept at finding solutions and navigating change.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work across large groups of people from different functions
  • A high degree of initiative, being able to seek out information, provide solutions and get people onboard with minimal input/supervision.
